Carving the Pumpkin
This was a very interesting event. We let the girls draw their face on the pumpkin. It was a little hard for mom and dad to not have the eyes the same size, but we had to let them do it. 
When we cut the pumpkin open and pulled out the seeds neither girl would stick their hands inside. 
Finally mom and dad forced them to do it and they complained about how it felt and wanted to clean their hands. Such girls! Hailey was even gagging! So, mom and dad ended up carving and cleaning the pumpkin. How can I get my girls to like sticky, gooey, slimy, stuff.........?

Matt- I see that you guys 'opted not to purchase the $2.97 pumpkin carving kit from Wal-Mart, but rather went with the 8" cooking knife. Thats classic. Atleast your girls are getting the same near death experiences of pumpkin carving that we had.
